Our team of Chartered Building Surveyors use their expertise to provide advice on a wide variety of property issues. Building Reinstatement Valuations (BRV’s)

An assessment of the building reinstatement cost for insurance purposes.

Dilapidations

Acting for the landlord or the tenant, either during or at the end of a lease term.

Party Wall Surveyors

A statutory role, the Party Wall etc Act controls all work to party walls, party fence walls and excavations within 3 and 6 metres of the adjoining owner’s buildings.

Building Disputes

Not all building projects run smoothly, on time and on budget. The appointment of a building surveyor at an early stage can resolve issues without unnecessary costs. We also offer the service of ‘Expert Witness’.

Employer’s Agent

Preparing the Employer’s Requirements and ensuring control on cost, quality and programme.

Construction Monitoring and Project Management

Monitoring construction works on behalf of banks and other funders to verify progress and expenditure.

RICS Certification of Domestic Structures & CML Certificates

The RICS provides a Certification Scheme for domestic clients or small developers constructing domestic properties. We can also provide a CML (Council of Mortgage Lenders) Professional Consultants Certificate.

CDM Regulations

Ensuring that our clients comply with all aspects of the Construction, Design and Management Regulations 2007.

Insurance Reinstatement Service

When a building has been damaged following an insured event we are appointed and act on behalf of the insured party to oversee the insurance reinstatement process and restore the property back to its original state.
