Project Experience

  • Cleveland Square, Bayswater, London – Internal and external building condition appraisal, specification of repairs, tendering and CDM & Project Management for refurbishment of 4 no Stucco rendered townhouses in feature Grade II listed residential square, value of contract £400k.
  • Ramada Hotel, Piccadilly Square, Manchester – Employed as consultant building surveyor by project structural engineer to undertake testing of concrete building elements, designed and oversaw repairs to concrete and installation of cathodic protection system and additional protective rain screen cladding to all building elevations as part of £14 million internal and external refurbishment.
  • Syon House, Isleworth – Structural investigation to determine construction form of castellations and location of cramps securing stonework to building elevations to Grade I listed historic property.
  • 3 West Street, Chichester – Employed by building owner as Party Wall surveyor during commercial refurbishment and conversion project to liaise with 7 No adjoining owners.
  • Hutton and Cain Courts, Ealing, West London – Defect analysis, specification of repair and CDM and Project Management to works to renew flat roofs of two blocks of flats utilising proprietary overcoating system to value of £100k.
  • Retirement Lease Housing Association/Ethical Leasehold Management Ltd (throughout Southern England)– Stock condition surveying,building investigations including damp and condensation, fire prevention works, asbestos surveying, drainage surveys and specification for general building maintenance and comprehensive refurbishment schemes such as replacement windows and curtain walling, interior and exterior refurbishment and structural roof repairs.
