Richard Huffer and Chris Daniells will visit Lloyds Bank in June to deliver seminars at their National Training Centre in Birmingham. Richard and Chris have carried out close on 100 training seminars like this over the last 20 years.
On this occasion they will meet with a team of senior Property Managers and the senior Credit Team, who have travelled from all over the UK, to deliver talks on topics including the general state of the property market, residential development and valuations, development finance and construction monitoring.
DHCS are in the perfect position to deliver the news from the coal face for the Banks on how the current property market is performing from both a general practice and building surveying perspective. The good news is the market is stable, banks are lending and developers are looking for more opportunities. We have seen developers both large and small benefiting from a more stable economy and increasing demand for property.
Richard and Chris will also addressed the senior banking teams on the value of putting construction monitoring in place. DHCS regularly monitor construction works on behalf of banks and other funders to verify progress and expenditure to support draw-down requests. During the construction phase every time the developer needs to draw down funds, DHCS carry out monitoring to make sure the current phase is completed to the required standards and then give the green light to the lending intuition to release the funds for the next phase of the project. Read more about Construction Monitoring.
DHCS are currently acting for a number of property developers, both large and small. If you have any land suitable for development, we would be keen to talk to you. Please contact Chris Daniells or Richard Huffer.
