Bumper month for commercial valuations
October 2020 proved a record month for commercial valuations at Daniells Harrison Chartered Surveyors.
We have been snowed under with valuation work. In amongst our heavy caseload, our surveyors carried out commercial valuations for three industrial premises with a combined value of £17.4 million.
The three industrial units, in Fareham, Winchester and Storrington, are home to separate successful manufacturing and recycling businesses. We were instructed to carry out the valuations by the lending banks, with each business seeking funding for investment and expansion.
It’s good to see that despite the difficulties of this year, diverse businesses across the South of England are expanding and remaining optimistic.
